Analytics and advertising. With your consent (the banner at the bottom of the page), we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used and to evaluate advertising campaigns, and — where enabled — a Meta (Facebook) pixel for the same purpose. These tools set cookies only after you choose “Accept”; choosing “Essential only” keeps them off, and the site works identically.
Before you make a choice in the banner, the site sets no cookies at all and sends nothing to third parties. What can be stored, and when:

The site is served through Cloudflare, which provides security and content delivery. The enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which assesses whether a visitor is human without tracking them across sites.
Some page features load content from third parties, which see your IP address as part of the request: map tiles (CARTO / OpenStreetMap) and live weather (Open-Meteo) on the area page. Fonts are hosted on our own server. None of these services receive your name or contact details from us.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Your enquiry is handled by the Bravos Estate team. On the way it passes through the following processors, each bound by a data-processing agreement: our web server hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH (data centres in the European Union), our lead-management software that routes enquiries to the right agent and notifies our sales team, and our customer-relationship system (Pipedrive). Messaging may pass through WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us there. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA (for example Meta), transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiry data is kept while your enquiry or purchase process is active and for up to three years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by Spanish law (for example for completed transactions). Web-server logs (IP address, requested pages) are rotated automatically and kept for up to 14 days.
Under the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability, and you can withdraw any consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
